He was made a director of the dormant company Business Assistance Ltd on 20th September 2024 to facilitate their transfer to the purchaser and he will resign immediately afterwards. On 26th September 2024 he purchased the Copyright content of past and current web-sites that publicised the previous Business Assistance Ltd’s consultancy services, its brass registered office plate and other items not being needed or being used by either of the commercial or residential tenants.
